David Grundy – Executive Chairman

David is a founding director of OneDoc with twenty years of commercial and leadership experience in the software industry. He is also Chairman and co-founder of Invenias, a leading Microsoft SaaS Partner, and Director and co-founder of Erevena, an Executive Search Firm. Earlier in his career David held a number of senior appointments in the industry including Regional Director for Oracle UK, Vice President EMEA for Nokia Ventures backed startup eCal, and UK Managing Director for StorageNetworks.

Trevor Ward – VP Sales and Marketing

With more than twenty years of experience in the software industry, Trevor brings a wealth of knowledge gained from his senior leadership positions at organisations that include Lotus Development, CommerceOne and Vitria Technologies. Trevor was most recently the UK Sales Director at Adobe Systems where he was responsible for developing new business in the commercial and government sector with existing customers and partners. Prior to Adobe, Trevor was Information Worker Business Group Director for Microsoft Limited, with overall sales, marketing and P&L responsibility for the UK business. This involved developing and executing the go to markets strategy in all market segments from Consumer through to Enterprise. Trevor has an academic background in Electronic Engineering.

Andrew Baldrian – CTO

Andrew brings the exceptional combination of a very strong technical background with seasoned management skills with substantial experience at senior management level working within both large and small start up software companies. He was the former VP of Product Development at Liquent Inc, a specialist pharmaceutical document assembly and compliance vendor acquired by Thompson CSF, Director of Internet Engineering at Documentum and Senior Software Engineer at Oracle. 

Angus Fox – Product and Marketing Director

Angus brings over twenty years experience of Product Management and Product Marketing holding senior roles at Sun, Lotus & Microsoft. Previously Angus was EMEA Product Director for Oracle InterOffice after which he moved to BT where he ran the product team for their Microsoft Office Online ASP offering. Since then Angus held senior global product management roles at a number of companies, including Openwave and HP.

Mini De Silva – Finance Director

Mini is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MBA in Strategy, HR & Corporate Finance. She is also the Managing Director of Interim Assistance, a company that provides accounting solutions and services to the High Tech and Telecommunications sector. Mini spent many years at Computer Associates where she was the Regional Financial Controller for Northern & Eastern Europe and South Africa, and following this worked at StorageNetworks where she held the position of International Financial Controller. Mini has also worked for several other technology companies including Ingres & Cognos Software.

Stewart Holness – Advisory Director

Stewart is a highly experienced technology business leader, who has an extensive track record in start-ups, turn-around and high growth business across the international market. Stewart previously served as Marketing Director at Business Objects prior and through their NASDAQ floatation, as Vice President of International of Stanford Technology Group prior to its acquisition by Informix, and as EVP International for MicroStrategy Inc through its foundation and growth Internationally and its successful IPO. He has also served as CEO of Reqio, the product information management vendor prior to its acquisition and founding CEO of Validis.com. He has a background in embedded software engineering in the avionics industry.

Greg Wildisen – Non Executive Director

Greg is a qualified solicitor and has degrees in law and business. He was one of the founders of Diskcovery, Australia's leading litigation support firm which was acquired by WoltersKluwer in 2002. He was also a Director of Ringtail Solutions suite of software which held a dominant position in Australian law firms, merchant banks and corporations. Ringtail was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2006. He recently moved to the UK to set up PinPoint Global Ltd, an eDiscovery specialist firm which was subsequently acquired in 2008 by Epiq – a NASDAQ listed supplier of software based solutions to the legal sector.
